LE RICORRENZE PASQUALI, LO STRUSCIO SULMONESE E LE FORZE DELL'ORDINE.GLI AUGURI DELL'IPA ATTRAVERSO CHI GARANTISCE ORDINE E PACE

SULMONA - "Durante il rito del venerdì Santo, vissuto con composta commozione nella serata di ieri,  il mio viaggio nel mondo dei sani ricordi ha avuto il suo inizio nel momento in cui i rappresentanti delle forze dell'ordine sono apparsi dinanzi ai miei occhi foggiati in uniformi da cerimoniale.C'erano davvero tutti. Poliziotti Locali intenti, come lo sono sempre, a salvaguardare i luoghi d'accesso al rito oltre che a ergersi a protezione del simbolo della città qual è il gonfalone; i Carabinieri e la Polizia di Stato in alta uniforme pronti a scortare i simulacri.Poco più indietro, a far da compagnia ai componenti degli Organi istituzionali e ai comandanti dei Corpi che hanno fatto da cornice alle statue del Cristo morto e della Madonna Addolorata, vi erano rappresentati della Guardia di Finanza, della Polizia Penitenziaria e dei Vigili del Fuoco.

In sostanza tutti i Corpi rappresentativi dell'International Police Association italiana erano lì pronti ad associare  al messaggio di augurio, che mai come in questo periodo non può che rifarsi al desiderio di Pace, la loro sentita partecipazione.

Il momento struggente dettato dal rito ha avuto ancora una volta il merito di unire i preposti all'ordine comune e metterli in condizione di rappresentarsi sempre più nelle vesti di tutori del bene e, soprattutto, di mostrarsi compatti nel condannare le gesta ignobili chi chi la serenità del mondo la cancella, come nel caso di una guerra, al prezzo di migliaia di vite spezzate.

È attraverso loro e a tutte le donne e gli uomini di buona volontà che l'IPA Italia vorrebbe ancora una volta augurare al mondo intero una Pasqua che rappresenti, oggi più che mai, quella svolta che vada in direzione della Pace.

Ed è attraverso il sacro rito della processione del Venerdì Santo sulmonese, al quale ho avuto la fortuna di partecipare, che il sodalizio associativo di Polizia più rappresentativo al mondo si augura che il "passo" gridato durante le marce militari possa prendere sempre più le sembianze di un autentico gesto di pace qual è lo "struscio" dei trinitari sulmonesi".

EASTER HOLIDAYS, THE SULMONESE STRUSCIO AND THE FORCES OF THE ORDER. THE WISHES OF THE IPA THROUGH THOSE WHO GUARANTEE ORDER AND PEACE. 

During the ritual of Good Friday, lived with composed emotion yesterday evening, my journey into the world of healthy memories began when the representatives of the police appeared before my eyes fashioned in uniforms from ceremonial. They were really all there. Local policemen intent, as they always are, to safeguard the places of access to the rite as well as to stand up to protect the symbol of the city such as the banner; the Carabinieri and the State Police in full uniform ready to escort the simulacra. A little farther back, to keep company with the members of the institutional bodies and the commanders of the Corps who framed the statues of the dead Christ and Our Lady of Sorrows, there were representatives of the Guardia di Finanza, the Penitentiary Police and the Fire Brigade. In essence, all the representative bodies of the Italian International Police Association were there ready to associate their heartfelt participation with the message of good wishes, which never as in this period can but refer to the desire for Peace. The poignant moment dictated by the rite once again had the merit of uniting the persons in charge of the common order and putting them in a position to represent themselves more and more in the guise of guardians of good and, above all, to show themselves compact in condemning the ignoble deeds whoever serenity of the world erases it, as in the case of a war, at the cost of thousands of broken lives. It is through them and to all women and men of good will that IPA Italy would like once again to wish the whole world an Easter that represents, today more than ever, that turning point in the direction of Peace. And it is through the sacred rite of the Sulmonese Good Friday procession, in which I was lucky enough to participate, that the most representative police association in the world hopes that the "step" shouted during the military marches will increasingly take the form of an authentic gesture of peace such as the "rubbing" of the Sulmonese Trinitarians.
